




Researchers: One year’s work experience or proven academic record. Knowledge of Middle East economies an advantage.
Writers: Minimum three years business journalism with reputable publication/organization. Middle East experience preferred. Knowledge of regional banking and finance a definite advantage.
Sub-editors: At least six months newspaper or magazine experience. Impeccable English and knowledge of Quark essential.
Copy Editors: Impeccable English non-negotiable. Knowledge of Middle East business an advantage.
Editors: Minimum three years experience with reputable magazine or newspaper. Must have excellent English with proven writing experience, tried and tested commissioning skills and an address book bulging with contacts
Advertising sales assistant: This is a full-time, entry-level position. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in media or marketing and 1–2 years office experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management
- Highly motivated to support the department in all aspects of territory management
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
